* BAG PORTRAITS - This service is available as watercolor paintings on paper.

* JEWELRY PORTRAITS - This service is available as watercolor paintings on paper.

* WEDDING FAVORS - This service, also known as Party Favors, is available for Full Body Fashion Illustrations and may also be applied to events such as bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays and mitzvahs.

* GOLD LEAF ILLUSTRATIONS - This is a watercolor painting service, available for Full Body Fashion Illustrations, Shoe Portraits, Bag Portraits and Jewelry Portraits.

* PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATIONS - This service is available as personalization for products, containers and packaging made of glass, paper or plastic.

* POST-EVENT ADD-ONS - This service is available as a way to create illustrations for more guests than Cristina has time to sketch on-site during the live portion of the event. It is available for all types of illustrations listed above, except for Gold Leaf and Product Customizations.

The rates for events in Los Angeles start in the range of $2,200-$2,600, based on event date, location, live sketching timeframe and type of illustration service.

* Size 4x6 paper: approximately 10-12 single guests/hr. Maximum 1 person per each one 4x6 illustration.

* Size 6x9 paper: approximately 8-10 single guests/hr (or 4-5 couples/hr). Maximum 2 people per each one 6x9 illustration.

MINIMAL FACE PORTRAITS are sketched with markers on white paper, in Cristina’s signature minimal, monochromatic, abstract style, on a white background: 

* Size 6x9 paper: approximately 4-5 single faces/hr. Maximum 1 face per each one 6x9 illustration.

ABSTRACT LINE-ONLY FACE PORTRAITS are sketched with pen on white paper, in Cristina’s signature minimal, monochromatic, abstract, line-only style, on a white background

* Size 9x12 paper: approximately 4-5 single shoes/hr in profile view only, or approximately 2 pairs/hr in top view only. Maximum 2 shoes per each one 9x12 illustration.

BAG AND JEWELRY PORTRAITS are painted with watercolors on white paper, in Cristina’s signature minimal and abstract style, on a white background:

* Size 6x9 paper: approximately 6-8 single bags or jewelry pieces/hr. Maximum 1 bag/jewelry piece per each one 6x9 illustration.

* Size 9x12 paper: approximately 4-6 single bags or jewelry pieces/hr. Maximum 1 bag/jewelry piece per each one 9x12 illustration.

GOLD LEAF FASHION ILLUSTRATIONS are sketched with watercolors on white paper, in Cristina’s signature minimal and abstract style, with the addition of gold leaf, on a white background:

* Size 6x9 paper or size 9x12: approximately 2 single subjects/hr (either 2 people, 2 bags, 2 shoes, 2 jewelry pieces/hr). Maximum 1 subject/person per each one 6x9 illustration.

* The use of gold leaf is a time-consuming and delicate process, in addition to the watercolor process and drying time.

* This service is best suited for events where the guests attend by appointment-only for a highly personalized experience.

PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATIONS are sketched with acrylic paint on glass, paper or plastic products (glass candles, glass fragrance bottles, paper packaging/boxes/bags, plastic bottles, etc), in Cristina’s signature minimal and abstract style:

* The number of products customized in 1 hour varies based on the number of illustrations added to each single product, the level of detail, the size and the type of product.

* Both a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required prior to booking an event date.

* Payments must be made by the same client/company who both signs and is listed in the agreement. 

* Payment can be made via Check, ACH/Direct Deposit or Zelle.

* If paying by Credit Card or Wire Transfer, please note credit card fees apply - CC fees will be included in your event-specific quote.

* An event date is booked only after both the deposit and the signed agreement are received.

* Please note: if the deposit is received without the signed agreement before an event date, the booking process will not be complete, and Cristina will not attend the event.

* Cristina typically arrives at event venue approximately 30 min prior to start of the live sketching portion of the event.

* If you would like an earlier arrival time, please include this detail in the Contact form prior to your quote being generated.

* Cristina’s set up time is quick: approximately 10 min to set up (if the sketching station is ready upon her arrival), and the same amount of time to break down after the event.

Please provide one regular height chair for Cristina to sit in and one regular height table minimum 2’x2’ on which sketching supplies and finished illustrations will be placed.

A larger table is recommended for watercolor illustrations for additional drying space.

For outdoors events:

* Please note: to ensure the highest quality of bespoke artwork, live sketching requires a controlled environment. Direct sunlight creates a severe glare and disrupts the sketching process, as do wind, rain and cold conditions. This directly impacts the precision and overall output of the illustrations.

* A suitable space protected from the elements during the entire live sketching time, or an indoor workspace, must be provided.

* Please provide full shading (daytime) and overhead lighting (night-time) during the entire sketching time.

* In cold, rainy or windy conditions, please provide adequate, working heating lamps, a protected space or an indoors work station during the entire sketching time.

* Cristina takes a photo of the guests on a first come, first served basis, and sketches their illustration while they enjoy the event.

* Please bring the event VIPs to Cristina’s workstation to be photographed for a sketch at the very start of the event to ensure there will be enough time to sketch them.

* Once she is maxed out and she has enough photos to sketch for the entire live sketching time, Cristina will kindly inform any additional guests who request illustrations that she is out of time and no more illustrations will be provided.

* Cristina typically limits the illustrations to sketching a person only once, no duplicates, to cover more guests. If you would like to allow duplicates, please inform Cristina prior to your event.

* The guests can pick up the finished illustrations from the sketching station after the illustrations are completed.

* Any remaining illustrations that are not picked up by the end of the live sketching portion of the event are handed to one POC (Point Of Contact) at the event. The POC is the person designated by the client prior to the event day.

Materials provided for each event: 

* Plain white acid free paper for sketches, clear cellophane envelopes as packaging for the completed illustrations, and sketching materials (markers, pencils, paint, brushes, gold leaf, etc).

Materials NOT provided for events: 

* Any personalized or customized paper or marketing materials such as branded/logo paper or envelopes are provided by the client. 

* Products for customizations are also provided by the client. 

* Cristina retains full copyright to all artwork created at all events or otherwise, and all reproduction and intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Cristina.

* Commissioning or hiring Cristina does not transfer intellectual property rights.

* This is listed in the standard agreement which will be sent as part of the booking process.
