How It Works

• Live experience: Cristina sketches as many guests as possible during your party, based on the type of service chosen for your event.

• Guest Communication: once she is maxed out for the live event portion, Cristina will let the everyone know the live session has closed, but she will finish their custom pieces after the event. She will send them directly to you for distribution to your guests, who will be delighted to receive their special memento.

• Studio finish: She takes photos of the remaining guests (or as many additional guests as you’d like) and finishes their illustrations in her studio.

• Perfect match: Every studio drawing uses the exact same style and paper as the live event.

What You Need to Know

• Availability: This option applies to all live sketching on paper.

• Exclusions: Product customization services remain strictly live-only.

• Timeline: Expect your extra illustrations in 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the guest count and Cristina’s current live event calendar.

How Many Additional In-Studio Sketches Can Be Completed?

• The final number of extra illustrations is entirely up to you! You have full control over the number of post-event in-studio illustrations.

• Please set a maximum guest count prior to the event so Cristina can prepare, capture extra reference photos during the live event, and guide guest expectations smoothly.
