Mom and Bob's Anniversary

It's that time of the year again: my mom's birthday and her wedding anniversary! Pretty brilliant if you ask me, getting married on your birthday - nobody forgets that anniversary!

My mom, Ari, and her husband, Bob, both love to take spend some downtime at the Chumash casino, which is very close to Ventura where they live. Every so often they make a quick trip and make a day of it, and they have so much fun in the process. It's a whole experience.

This year, for their special day, I decided to contribute to their little casino fund in a fun and unexpected way. I painted this cute little card, made up an appropriate rhyme, and origami folded a few bills to help them celebrate.  They have a dress and ring for mom and a nice suit and tie for Bob! 

Happy birthday, mom! Happy anniversary, you two! Win big! :-)
